No, live animals cannot be shipped. They must be collected in-store. Delivery may be arranged locally — please contact us for details

Are the animals healthy when sold?

All animals are checked regularly and are only sold when in good health. We also provide advice on housing, diet, and care to keep them healthy at home.

Do you sell food and supplies for my pet?


Absolutely! We stock a wide range of foods, enclosures, bedding, toys, and accessories for reptiles, birds, fish, small animals, cats, and dogs.

Can I place an order online?

Yes! You can order live animals, live fish, and pet supplies through our online store. Live fish can be shipped, but other live animals must be collected in-store or delivered locally. Supplies and accessories are shipped directly. If your cart includes live animals and other products, we’ll contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed.
